“The brow is everything,” makeup artist Janell Gleason told us as she perfected those of models Sailor Brinkley-Cook and Devon Windsor backstage Elie Tahari’s New York Fashion Week Fall 2019 runway show. But bigger is not always better, contrary to all those overdrawn brows you might see on Instagram, Geason says the "sharpie brow" is a little too much. So how do you create a more natural, softer looking brow, especially if you don’t have much to work with? She shows us how.
