Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Madonna, and more graced the 56th annual Grammy Awards red carpet last night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. From glittery gowns to suits-and-ties, here are some of the night's biggest looks:

Shining as bright as a Grammy itself were Taylor Swift in a Gucci chain mail gown and Rita Ora in a knee-length Lanvin. Pregnant Ciara put on Pucci, while "Mrs. John Legend" Chrissy Teigan flaunted a strapless Johanna Johnson.

Showing off in sheer and white tones, Katy Perry hit all the right notes in a Valentino gown, topped with a shirt donning a music staff. Paris Hilton hit the carpet in a House of Milani dress with nude-colored mesh cutouts; Sara Barielles showed some leg in a high-low Blumarine dress; and country crooner Casey Musgraves looked lovely in Armani Priv.

Rocking it in red were P!NK in Johanna Johnson and Colbie Caillait in a backless Ezra Santos dress.

Looking bold in blue were songtress Alicia Keys in Armani Priv with a plunging neckline and Bonnie Mckee in a teal-toned Randa Salamoun.

And standing out in black and white were Paula Patton in a zebra-print creation, Sarah Hyland in a short and chic Emilio Pucci, and Madonna and son David in matching Ralph Lauren suits.
