Life can get complicated, but healthy eating doesn’t have to be. Good Housekeeping Institute Registered Dietitian Stefani Sassos joined us in the LifeMinute kitchen to share simple nutritious hacks, easy summer recipes, and highlights of the magazine's favorite nutritionist-approved foods.

Produce is the cornerstone of a healthy diet, and a simple hack to get your veggies in is with frozen veggies since they are picked at peak ripeness and can have superior nutrition to fresh vegetables.
