Fashion Week. It's the Superbowl of the Fashion World, only it happens every season and spans an entire week. Okay, so maybe it's less like the Superbowl and more like a super chic marathon that requires energy, endurance, and the right clothes of course. In preparation for New York Fashion Week Fall 2015 which descends upon Manhattan next week, check out our list of expert advice on how to breeze through dozens of designer shows in style...

Glenda Bailey, Editor-in-Chief, Harper's Bazaar: "What gets me through the fashion season is a sense of humor. ... Comfortable shoes is always a plus."

Virginia Smith, Fashion Market/Accessories Director, Vogue: "Warm coats and flat shoes and...a lot of vitamins to keep you strong."

Pandora Amoratis, Style Director, OK!: "It's a lot of running around between coming here to then going back to the office, so I kind of prepare the day before. I'll figure out what I'm going to wear. It's got to be something that is practical but fashionable as well."

Elaine Welteroth, Beauty and Health Director, Teen Vogue: "I've been doing one day high heels, one day flats. That's been my saving grace for my feet."

Kate Dimmock, Fashion Director, People StyleWatch: "There's a change of shoe somewhere on me pretty much at all times. You know, there's just a moment where you got to listen to your dogs when they're barking."

Nina Garcia, Fashion Director, Marie Claire: "I change my shoes, like midway through the day. Because if you stay in one pair of shoes, you're out all day, so that kind of helps me with the feet. And I try to get as much sleep as possible."

Eva Chen, Editor-in-Chief, Lucky Magazine: "I think it's a huge misconception that Fashion Editors don't eat. We enjoy eating...clean, healthy, strong kind of foods that nourish and kind of keep you going through the week. Fashion fuel."

Avril Graham, Executive Fashion & Beauty Editor, Harper's Bazaar: "As long as you're eating good stuff. It gets you through the day, it keeps your energy level up. A smile always helps, too."

So pack a pair of comfy shoes, remember you're never fully dressed without a smile, and check out LifeMinute's complete New York Fashion Week coverage beginning February 12th.
