Johnson & Johnson Unveils Two New Interactive Experiences and More Than 130 Years of Healthcare Innovation

Johnson & Johnson Our Story at the Powerhouse online take visitors on a journey through time and around the world

Today in New Brunswick, New Jersey, the world's largest healthcare company Johnson & Johnson unveiled two interactive museum experiences--Johnson & Johnson Our Story at the Powerhouse and the digital companion, Ourstory.JNJ.com and celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Both experiences take visitors on a journey through time and around the world as they explore the stories behind more than 130 years of healthcare innovations that have changed the course of human health.

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, of Johnson & Johnson, Alex Gorsky told us, "Just as our products touch so many people each and everyday ... you're going to be able to touch our past through 3D interfaces and two dimensional photography that highlight different milestones, the credo, our products."

Chief Historian at Johnson & Johnson, Margaret Gurowitz says, "Some of my favorite artifacts in the building are Band-Aid brand adhesive bandages tins over 97 years of the product's history, some of the fabric that was used to sew employee uniforms early in our history and the first mass produced sterile surgical products that Johnson & Johnson made in the 1880s."

Johnson & Johnson Our Story at the Powerhouse will open to their employees initially, and anyone interested in learning more about the company's history can visit ourstory.jnj.com.
