Since when does "Your LifeMinute Guide to Holiday Survival" have a Part Two? We hadn't counted on it, either, but it turns out the holidays this year are even harder to survive than we first thought. And because we're all about keeping you healthy and beautiful, we called upon Bahar Takhtehchian, Editor-at-Large at SHAPE Magazine, to give us her top tips for upping your beauty and wellness game as you cruise through these next few weeks.

Okay, so you've always had dry, cracked Winter skin, and usually you're on top of it. But with the holiday to-do list getting longer as the days speed by, moisturizing might be moving further down the list. Bahar says now is not the time to rely on run-of-the-mill lotions, telling us, "Johnson's Baby Oil Gel with Shea and Cocoa Butter is fantastic because it combats dry, cracked skin and it locks in up to 10 times more moisture on wet skin than ordinary lotions. Your skin's going to feel baby soft." And while you're maximizing your moisturizing, why not minimize your stress with JOHNSON's Baby Powder with calming Lavender and Chamomile. It's not just an inexpensive alternative for getting fresh on the go (under $4!); Bahar says it's also a super multi-tasker, just like you. "You can use this during those holiday shopping trips, or when you're going to a holiday party," explains Bahar, "You can use it as a dry shampoo or as a deodorant because it absorbs excess oil or moisture, and it adds a baby fresh scent. You can also use it as a finishing powder after you apply your makeup."

And with photos being snapped at every holiday party and family gathering, no doubt you'll be glad you had your teeth professionally whitened...but who has time to do that right now? Bahar's solution is Listerine Healthy White. "You don't want to spend too much time on your beauty routine during the hectic holiday months, so I love the fact that Listerine HealthyWhite has two great products. Swish with Listerine for 60 seconds morning and night; it whitens your teeth and restores enamel." Bahar suggests you try Healthy White Vibrant if you're looking for quick and powerful results; it will give you a vibrant smile in five days, while preventing cavities. A gentler approach would be the peroxide-free Healthy White Gentle, which provides a gentle whitening experience without the irritation.

And Bahar can't stress enough that all of this beauty boosting will all be for naught if you end up saddled with a cold or the flu during the holidays. "So the next time you feel some of those symptoms arising," she tells us, "You want to take Cold-Eeze Cold Remedy Plus Natural Multi-Symptom Relief Cold & Flu QuickMelts. This is a new formulation; it contains zinc gluconate. It shortens the duration of your cold, which is so important, and it contains elderberry, peppermint and licorice. So this is going to relieve those common cold symptoms like the cough, the chest congestion and the sore throat."
