No that's not Drake, but Joseph Somers Morales aka SoMo is giving the rapper a serious run for his money. Hitting over 30 million YouTube views (and counting) for covers from his inspiration Drake, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Miguel and more. The online sensation recorded his self-titled debut album out April 8th.

"I wasn't really planning on pursuing music, it started as doing YouTube videos as a hobby and...putting those up and people started reacting," says the R&B singer-songwriter.

One of those videos, a Take Care Medley, covers sampling of Drake's album that was released back in 2011...the same day as Drake's actual sophomore album. SoMo's version got over 3.5 million views, which is 150 times the current population of his hometown of Denison, Texas. Wow!

But SoMo isn't a copycat--his OWN single "Ride" is hitting radio airwaves and he couldn't be more excited. Even though the song's meaning has been misconstrued a bit by listeners.

"At first a lot of people take it as a very sexual song and it is but "Ride" came at night when I was waiting on a girl I loved and I basically said I'm going to ride for your love till the end of time," he says, "it's more about the emotion transcendence from being in love to the physical part."

The music video for his original smash was released early last year and now has 8.6 million views. The Show Off tour proved he can also rock a stage. The first-ever national headlining tour for the artist ended up selling out rooms across the country. For a taste of the tour check out his single on iTunes, produced by Mick Shultz (producer of Jeremih's "Birthday Sex" and "Down on Me" feat. 50 Cent).

"It's really cool to....go from being online and seeing the response being so great to going out on the road.... and people actually coming to your shows" he says "I just can't really thank the fans enough for it."
