The BCBCGMAXAZRIA Spring 2013 fashion show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week was a naughty but nice mix of feminine textures with seductive accents, such as harnesses, leather and lace. 'We really wanted to bring out that femme fatale. You know, the idea of woman and her inner strength, her poise and her sexuality worn on her sleeve. That was really important for us,' says BCBG designer Lubov Azria. 'Black and white are the two anchor colors that we used throughout, but we also used pale blush, coral and chambray blues. We wanted to use patina colors. We wanted things that work and didn't stand out too much,' says the designer.
