The 71st Golden Globes red carpet turned out some lovely looks and some not so hot styles. We won't say who was on the best (Lupita Nyong'o) or worst dressed list, but we will divulge the biggest trends of the night.

Burning up (and matching) the carpet in red hot numbers was winner Amy Adams in Valentino with a plunging neckline, Emma Watson flaunted major back in Christian Dior, Lupita Nyong'o channeled a superhero in a Ralph Lauren capped creation, it was stunning. Others ladies in red included Julie Bowen in Carolina Herrera. Julia Louis-Dreyfus in Narciso Rodriguez, Julie Delpy in Romona Keveza, and Edie Falco in Lanvin.

Keeping it colorless, Zooey Deschanel wore a creamy Oscar de la Renta getup, Kerry Washington adorned her baby bump in an off-white Balenciaga custom gown and Breaking Bad star Anna Gunn chic in a champagne Donna Karan dress.

Color-blocking babes included Gravity star Sandra Bullock in Prabal Gurung and Taylor Swift stunned in a Carolina Herrera.

Going bold and bright Maria Menounos was a pop of pink in a Max Azria Atelier complete with cutouts and Lena Dunham's strapless sunny yellow Zac Posen had us putting on our sunglasses.

In floral frocks, a pregnant Drew Barrymore glowed in Monique Lhuillier, host Tina Fey in a budding Carolina Herrera gown, Heidi Klum donned a Marchesa that showed off a sheer train and Kaley Cuoco rocked bodiced Rani Zakhem.
