London-based mantra artist, Bhakti yoga teacher, and author Rādhikā Dās is bringing ancient spiritual practices to modern audiences with the release of his new live album, The Heart Album, out now. The collection features 17 live performances recorded around the world, including London, Mumbai, New York and more, capturing the energy and connection of his global kirtan performances.

We recently sat down with him to talk about his music, mindfulness, and the power of mantra. In our conversation, he shares how his Lightfall EP, released earlier this year, was created to make traditional mantra more accessible to new listeners, transforming longer devotional pieces into modern song arrangements, with the help of Grammy-nominated engineer and mixer Ryan Hadlock and composer and Bhakti educator Keli Woods.

With more than 16 years devoted to mantra, Bhakti yoga and meditation, Rādhikā has built a global following by creating immersive experiences that combine live music, chanting, meditation and storytelling. He explains why he believes mantra can help people find connection in today’s world of constant distraction — and why he calls it “the playlist for the soul.”

Rādhikā also opens up about the personal experience that led him deeper into spirituality and how that journey shaped his mission to help others discover mindfulness, joy, and a deeper sense of purpose.

This is a LifeMinute with Rādhikā Dās.
