Global K-pop supergroup BTS is officially back. The South Korean boy band—RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook—has announced a massive world tour with 79 shows across 34 cities and five continents. The tour marks their first time performing together since 2019, following a multi-year hiatus due to mandatory military service for some of the members. The long-awaited return coincides with a new, currently untitled album set for release on March 20. The stadium tour kicks off in April 2026 in Goyang, South Korea, and will continue through 2027. Presales for Weverse ARMY membership holders will take place January 22–23, 2026, with general ticket sales beginning January 24.
Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams dead at 68
Scott Adams, the creator of the satirical comic strip Dilbert, has died at age 68 following a battle with metastatic prostate cancer that had spread to his bones. He passed away peacefully while under hospice care at his home in Pleasanton, California. Adams’ death was confirmed by his former wife, Shelly Miles, during a YouTube livestream on his channel, Real Coffee with Scott Adams. During the broadcast, Miles read a prewritten statement from Adams dated January 1, 2026, in which he expressed gratitude for his life and encouraged supporters to “be useful” and “pay it forward.” In the letter, Adams also revealed that he had recently converted to Christianity, writing that he had accepted Jesus Christ as his savior. Adams rose to international prominence with Dilbert, a sharp satire of corporate office culture that, at its peak, was syndicated in more than 2,000 newspapers worldwide. Beyond comics, he authored several books on business, persuasion, and personal success, many of which reached No. 1 on The New York Times bestseller list.
