Celebs celebrate Halloween
The stars are paying homage to their fellow celebrities this Halloween. Paris Hilton parades as bestie Britney Spears from her iconic 2000 "Oops!...I Did It Again" music video. Chloe Bailey is a "whole lotta woman" as character Foxxy Cleopatra, who Beyoncé famously portrayed in the 2002 film Austin Powers in Goldmember. Keke Palmer takes on Jessica Alba's Honey character from the 2003 film, nailing the choreography. Janelle Monáe channels her inner Cat in the Hat by playing the frisky Dr. Seuss character. Kim Kardashian and daughter North, along with Kris Jenner, dressed as viral TikTok creators Jay Guapõ, Pink Cardigan, and Chrissy G.
Prince Andrew stripped of royal titles
In a dramatic move from Buckingham Palace, Prince Andrew has been stripped of his military affiliations and royal patronages. The decision follows growing public backlash and ongoing legal proceedings related to sexual assault allegations. The Duke of York will no longer use the title “His Royal Highness” in any official capacity, as the royal family seeks to distance itself from the controversy.
Drink The Sea debuts double album and announces tour
In a rare convergence of musical brilliance, five acclaimed artists from some of the most influential bands of the past three decades have joined forces for an extraordinary new project. Featuring Peter Buck (R.E.M.), Barrett Martin (Screaming Trees, Mad Season), Alain Johannes (Queens of the Stone Age, Them Crooked Vultures, ELEVEN), musician Duke Garwood, percussionist Lisette Garcia, and bassist Abbey Blackwell, the collective unveils their highly anticipated debut albums Drink The Sea I and Drink The Sea II, out on double CD/LP package, combining all 22 songs. Alongside the records' release, the group has announced an international tour with U.S. and Europe dates through 2026.
